From a stylish after-show venue to a corporate event or, maybe you’re looking to book a larger space for your whole party to enjoy a cheeky birthday party. Whatever your plans, the team at The Swan will do everything they can to create the perfect package to make your visit truly amazing.

1st - Location

Choose where you would like to sit.

  • Front Conservatory x17 - 20

  • Main Restaurant x18 - 24

  • Back Conservatory x17 - 26

  • First Floor Function Room x2 - 40

Please note we can cater for fewer people, but this would not be the sole use of the area.
There will be no extra room hire charges.

2nd - Food Choice

Pre Order

Choose 2 or 3 coures from our main menu, specials and other menus.

Fill in our pre order form online and return this 4 day before your booking, including any dietry requirements.

3rd – Additional Info

Drinks Service
We only have one main bar, which is fully stocked, with a choice of local ales, cocktails and more.

Deposits
A £100 is payable upon confirmation of booking the function rooms.Deposits

Preorder T&C’s

You must preorder all food choices in advance, please make sure to include any desserts as no orders will be accepted on the day. We require this to be sent over to us via email no later than 4 days in prior to the booking. Any meal cancellations must be made before arrival, if made after arrival then you will be charged in full.
