Meetings
We have two private rooms which are situated on the first floor of the building, they provide the perfect setting for your event.
Whatever the purpose of your event, educational, motivational, networking or social our two first floor function rooms are available for all your needs. We offer free Wi-Fi and our kitchens are open all day long.
The two function rooms are interconnecting so can be opened to create one large room.
The Whittington Room - Boardroom (up to 12 people)
The Worcester Room - Boardroom (up to 24 people)
Prices
Worcester room - £30 per hour
Whittington room - £20 per hour
Combined rooms - £45 per hour
Please note: A minimum of 2 hours booking is required per room.
Food
Order on the day is available for tables under 12 delegates. Over 12 would require a preorder 4 days in advance.
We offer a basic selection of sandwiches and chips at £12 per person.
Refreshments
Filter coffee and tea from £2.50 pp
750ml Still / Sparkling Water
Jug of Orange Juice/ Jug of Orange Squash
Additional Services
TV Screen hire - £15 all day (including data cable)
Projector screen hire - £15 all day
Flip Chart hire - £15 all day (including flip paper and pens)
Opening Times
Our function rooms are available for hire from 9am Monday - Friday (please note access is not available before 9am).
Deposit / Payment
We require a deposit to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance must be settled on the day or in advance. The deposit is equal to the room hire total.
(Please note we cannot invoice)
Cancellations
The deposit is non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of booking. A full refund can be issued outside of the 30 days. Cancellations on the day will be charged in full.
